1. Agreement
By accessing BetBookieJ Picks (the "Service"), including content delivered through Whop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal gambling age where you live, if higher) and located where sports wagering and the use of handicapping information is legal. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws.
3. Entertainment and information only
All picks, projections, lines, ratings, and records are opinions provided for entertainment and informational purposes. They are not betting, financial, investment, or legal advice. BetBookieJ Picks is not a sportsbook and does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers.
4. No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. We do not guarantee any pick, win rate, profit, or result. Past performance, including our published record, does not guarantee future results. You may lose money betting. Any wager you place is your own decision and at your own risk.
5. Lines and data
Lines and odds shown are reference snapshots from third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, and may differ from what is available to you. Picks are sealed at a stated time and graded against the posted reference line.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Memberships are sold and processed through Whop. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Season and multi-sport passes run for the stated number of days from purchase and do not renew. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Whop's own terms also apply to your purchase.
7. Personal use only
Your membership is for you alone. Do not share logins or resell, republish, or redistribute picks or site content without written permission. We may terminate access for sharing or abuse without refund.
8. No affiliation
BetBookieJ Picks is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, any conference, league, team, or sportsbook. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
9. Responsible gambling

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BETBOOKIEJ PICKS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 3 MONTHS.
11. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
